The Monarch of Infinite Possibilities LLC (MIP) CONNECTS decision makers that want to engage with black, brown, and indigenous people of color (BIPOC) and the faith-based community around the environment and the arts. The goal in making these connections is to raise the level of awareness about a sustainable and healthy environment.
As a CONDUCTOR, MIP facilitates discussions and actions that guide community outreach strategies designed to lead corporations, non-profit organizations and leaders of national and global initiatives to their target audiences.
Ultimately MIP wants to increase participation and ensure everyone has access to green jobs, healthy food, clean water, clean air, renewable and clean energy.

The Erie County Climate Action Plan
MIP was hired to develop comprehensive "messages" that resonate with the BIPOC community around climate change through an equity lens. MIP carefully curated 6 powerful video messages representing the youth, urban millennial professionals, community activists, health care professionals and civic and faith-based community leaders. The "Community Ambassador" videos were so well received that they are being used as marketing and teaching tools for other organizations. WE ACT for Environmental Justice, Harlem, NY hired MIP to facilitate multiple engagement meetings between the environmental justice community and the NY Prison reform community.
Here is what Sonal Jessel, Director of Policy at WE ACT for Environmental Justice said: "Faustenia Morrow facilitated a multi-meeting policy planning process on the intersection of criminal-legal justice and environmental justice for New York State. Bringing two movements together to coalesce around a shared policy vision requires thoughtful, intentional, and deliberate facilitation work, and Faustenia exceeded my expectations on how she navigated this complexity. Faustenia also went above and beyond and engaged people across the State to contribute to this important work by using her deep Statewide network of community advocates and activists. Our Principal, Faustenia L. Morrow "Tina," has over 25 years of experience working with leaders and decision makers, directing thousands of Community Engagement events and raising millions of dollars to support the community, the arts, and the environment.
While living in St. Louis, Missouri she managed local, state, and federal political campaigns for several politicians. As a Non-Profit Executive for community, and arts organizations she was passionate about perfecting creative ways to develop audiences and encourage black, brown and indigenous underserved communities to support initiatives that make life better for all.
15 years ago while working for the Citizens Environmental Coalition (CEC) she saw a need to organize urban faith-based communities around environmental issues: like clean water, clean air, and a healthy and toxic chemical-free environment. This need birthed Infinite Possibilities (IP), a events management and fundraising company designed with the Buffalo, NY East Side Community in mind. IP organized the National "Coming Clean" Environmental Conference, and several other events including a Pastoral Health & Environmental Conference targeting the BIPOC community.
Desiring to travel and learn more about focus groups and polling, she worked for a multimedia market research company and traveled the nation for 12 years (until in the middle of the pandemic), her only sister died of brain cancer and she lost her job. Faustenia decided to revamp and reimagine her business and in December, 2020 the Monarch of Infinite Possibilities was launched focusing on being a CONNECTOR between CEO, Executives, Political Leaders, decision makers and the BIPOC faith community. She is a member of the Erie County Management Council (EMC); member of the New York State Climate Impacts Assessment Team; a part of the weekly White House Faith and Community Engagement Call with faith and community leaders from across the nation; a Board Member of the WUFO Black Radio History Collective; founder of the Harriet Tubman Legacy Project and the Harriet Tubman 5K; and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
